Assignment list from csv file

Hi there, it would be incredibly useful, for those people such as myself to be able to import a predefined list of Assignment categories from outside source, such as a CSV file.... and also to export the Assignment file to share with family members.

But:
1) it is not data but configuration: import/export is restricted to data
2) too much time to invest to create/maintain this in time

Yes I can understand that this project could take up a lot of your time..

Is it open to outside development?
