Automatic rule assignment across all transactions

Am using stable version 5.8.6.
I have created multiple account for my various bank account and have created automatic assignment rules. I don't see Automatic rule assignment when I select all transactions. If I open individual account I can see Auto. Assignment options within tools menu option but not on Show All Transaction Page. Let me know if I am missing something or is there a different way to achieve this.

this feature is per account, for safety to avoid the "blind effect" : change occurring you don't see and so can't control.

ok got it. But I have imported statements from multiple banks into their own account and am creating generic rules which spans across accounts. So was looking for a way to run those rules across all my transaction so that I don't have to manually open each Account and run rules.
Maybe the functionality can be added in disabled state and can be enabled through settings? What are your thoughts on that?
