Cannot take the maemo file and open it on a windows or linux dist.

I am trying to use one file between my n800 maemo version and my linux or windows machine. I can create a file on either linus or windows and they will work in any of the 3 options. However once I save it on the n800 I cannot open anywhere else. Is there a fix or a solution to this? Perhaps a version?

The file format has already changed several times since HomeBank exists.
If the version you uses between different material are not the same, this is probably the problem.
What are the version on both ?
You can also see the changelog here, I normally add a chnage to recise when the file format has changed.

HomeBank always able to open inferioir file verson format, not superior ones.
I mean 4.0 can open files from < 4.0 and will not open 4.1 ones.
