Still no Investment Type?

It looks like this was asked a year ago and it was never really answered or updated. I was also looking to add a Type called "Investment" and it seems this is not possible. Investments are different from Assets. The irony is that there is a category called "Investment Income", how does one generate capital gains without having an investment? FWIW this is a major oversight.

Typically the kind of question with a tone that we don't want to answer. Let's do it anyway...
