Scoop update and .qbo files

Let me first thank you for HomeBank, it is wonderful piece of software!
I wanted to ask about two things:
1. HomeBank version on scoop (https://scoop.sh/#/apps?q=homebank) is now lagging a few versions. If it is ok with you, I can make a pull request so it gets updated. Ideally, it would be a part of the release pipeline.
2. Would it be possible to change default file type selection from "Known files" to "All files" or add .qbo to known files. Importing .qbo files works fine, it is really additional click and scroll that needs to be done.
