HomeBank Account income and expense is reversed

When the credit card account was imported and set up, it is seeing payments as expense and charges as income. There are over 4000 transactions. Is there a way to change the transaction types without editing each one individually?

I found an old post here that says there is no way to change the income/expense data in bulk. I deleted all the files and started over. I ended up making a separate file for each account and NOT checking the box to TOGGLE AMOUNT. This seems to work when import .QIF files.
