Insertion of new subcategory

I have tried several times to insert the "Parking" subcategory in the "Cars" item but after adding and closing it I don't see it.
I tried to insert the entry as a new category, performed the regular insertion step but I don't see it.
In the list of categories there was the parking item, I wanted to move it under the "Car" item, everything seemed ok but I don't see it under "Car" or even under "Parking". I don't understand where it could have ended up.
Would you give me some practical suggestions or is that not possible?

Ho provato più volte ad inserire nella voce "Auto" la sottocategoria "Parcheggi" ma dopo averla aggiunta e chiuso non la vedo.
Ho provato ad inserire la voce come nuova categoria, eseguito il passaggio dell'inserimento regolare ma non la vedo.
Nell'elenco delle categorie c'era la voce parcheggio ho voluta spostarla sotto la voce "Auto" sembrava tutto ok ma non la vedo sotto "Auto" ma neanche più sotto "Parcheggio". No capisco dove può essere finita.
Mi dareste qualche suggerimento pratico o non è possibile?

Vorrei aggiungere come ho parzialmente risolto.
Ho registrato il movimento regolarmente indicando la nuova voce di categoria, come sottovoce Auto.
E' stato preso tutto correttamente (almeno sembra) ma quando interrogo i costi dell'Auto non mi fa vedere tale spesa del Parcheggio.
Sapete darmi qualche spiegazione?

I would like to add how I partially solved it.
I recorded the movement regularly indicating the new category item, such as Car sub-item.
Everything was taken correctly (at least it seems to be) but when I query the car costs it doesn't show me this parking expense.
Can you give me some explanation?

to create a subcategory, there is many way, most simple:
- when you create a txn just input: Car:Parking

for cast cost usage, please read the manual
