unclear "maximum post date"

Look at Main window -> Bottom transaction lists -> Scheduled -> Skip/Edit&Post/Post buttons -> info bulb shows tooltip: "Post when program start: On maximum post date: 2024-05-08". The date is date today.

What is "maximum post date" and why it is today's date? It is unclear to me.

Should this tooltip be active while Preferences "Post pending scheduled transactions" is unticked?

maximum post date is > today when you have indeed set to post in advance, this date is that value
controlled in manage > wallet
