No, but it has a filter.
If you want to search on a specific transaction you can use the filter from the account window.
At the present time you cannot search on string, but I will implement this for the next release (4.1).
Let me know if this satisfy your need, or if we should discuss more on a search feature implementation.

The filter works great. It would be nice if this had a simple "search" function as the filter window is a bit complicated.
