I see on source code ( po folder ) that there are already exist translations but I don't know how to use it

yes but maxime have to start the translating process on rosetta (launchpad) if he want us to help him in a nice way (https://launchpad.net/rosetta)

I have uploaded the .pot file since the 3.3 release (on may 24th), it still in 'Needs Review' state since then.
