I'm trying to import data from an ofx file from my bank and the dollar values are trash.

I'm trying to import data from an ofx file from my bank and the dollar values are trash. The bank is RBC Bank, and I'm in North Carolina, USA. I've also tried to import an ofx file from Grisbi, with the same results. Grisbi imports the ofx files from my bank with no problems.
