I assume you mean to un-reconcile that transaction.

You need to go into the Account with the transaction (or use "Show all") and unlock the "Reconciled changes" padlock which will then allow you to edit reconciled transactions.

Now you will be able to open the transaction in question, and click the appropriate status you want for that transaction.
BE WARNED: it may throw your balanced information out.

Although probably not entirely a requirement, I would then click the lock slider once more to lock transactions from accidental changes.

Thanks for the response Yes you are correct it was to un-reconcile the transaction
