Import QFX with French accents

Hi,

when i'm exporting a QFX from my Bank, in the memo/payees the bank add the french accents for some words. It display funny when importing in HomeBank... may be an unicode thing...

you are probably affected with: #1777553 windows/libofx: import non utf-8 char bad for é è à ...
try to convert the file in UTF-8 before importing
