Any way to bulk swap transactions from expense to income and vice-versa?

I made a mistake while importing half the transactions in my credit card account, and forgot to check the "toggle amount" box.
Any way to bulk swap transactions from expense to income and vice-versa? I really can't go to each of the 1000 transactions, right-click, click on expense, click on okay, go to the next one, etc for each one.
