Scheduled transactions window offers no schedule

This is happening on Linux, but not on Windows.

Entering the menu of > Manage > Scheduled/Template... >

Selecting any of the transactions in the list, then Schedule button (bottom left of the window). In Windows this pops up a dialogue with Start Date etc. In Linux (Ubuntu) that Schedule button does absolutely nothing.

I've tried it on the same file in both OS and it is the same every time.
