CreditCard Payments

Asked by Robb Zurwell

When I make a payment on a CC, I record a transaction of $xxx.xx from Account A to CC B.

The budget report won't show that amount paid until I record an Expense of $xxx.xx from CC B to Credit-card.

When I do that, it appears as I paid the bill with the Transfer and Generated a new Transaction on the card for the same amount, thus returning the balance to the same value before the transactions occurred.

Shouldn't the transfer entry trigger the budget expense value?

this is more a usage question than a bug for now.

ok, I figured out what is happening here:

http://homebank.free.fr/help/win-statistics.html says:

By default the internal transfer are not included into the computing of this report. To enable this you must edit the filter dialog.

you uses internal xfer, so you won't see it in this report.
also takes care of sign you uses to input your CC

Can you help with this problem?
