File error - what's causing this?

When trying to load HomeBank, I now get the following message
File Error - I/O error for file '/Users/brianfoulds/Documents/Homebank Accounts/Brians accounts.xhb'.
Can you advise how to rectift this please?

Your user have lost its right to access to that folder.
Or something related to windows.
If no success with folder rights, you can try software like procmon, to help troubleshoot what is goind on at Windows level, but maybe hard to use.
