Import QIF incorrectly flags duplicates within the file

I am trying to import from another banking software and exported my account data to QIF format. In the file, there are numerous times where the same date, account, and currency amount appear which are correct (e.g. multiple transactions on November 9, 2018 for $20). The importer flags these as similar transactions (e.g. it thinks there was really only one transaction on November 9, 2018 for $20) even though it was never imported before. If I go ahead and start importing, I have to click over and over to "create a new transaction" which is incredibly frustrating.

Is there a way to import and ignore similar transaction matching? I did try to set the Date gap to -1 but it would not allow that (resorting to 0), nor would it allow me to enter a number larger than 7 such as 2^31+1 to try and fake -1 assuming long integer dates.
