Quick search in categories when adding transaction

Asked by Jakab Zoltán

When adding a transaction is there a quicker way to search between categories than using the up / down arrows?
Maybe typing the name of a category / subcategory and Homebank automatically filters out the hits would be a great feature.

Dear Maxime Doyen,

Yes, I'm using the latest 5.2.2 version under Kubuntu 18.10.
It was a misunderstanding, I've found the way of autocomplete to get it
working.
What I was trying for so long: begin typing when the categories list was
fully opened after clicking the down arrow on the right.
What I should do is begin typing after placing the cursor into the
categories text box.

Thank you for showing me the light, I'll close this case.

Best regards,
Zoltán, Jakab
