Multiple editing transfer records

Hi All,
I am migrating from MS Money to Homebank and finding the data migration very tedious. I can only export 1 account at a time from MS Money ( over the years I have opened/closed 50+ accounts!!!) and this itself is tedious. Many of my transactions are inter account transfers. Homebank recognises these transfer type transactions but will not allow me perform multiple edits to change account name. Can anyone tell me a better way of migrating from MS Money to Homebank or show me a quicker/faster/accurate way of multiple editing transfer transactions.
Any other ideas will be very welcome!!
