Filtering budget spending according to categories + accounts

Hello,

I am wondering how I could possibly filter budget according to categories, but also filter according to accounts. It seems that it is possible to see budget spending only according to categories but summary of all accounts.
Some other statistics windows, however, provide an option to filter (select or exclude) also different accounts.

Is there any feature to filter budget spending according to accounts?
