libunistring-2.dll missing

The bug is still there on version 5.1.5 (libunistring-2.dll missing), so I reinstalled the old one 5.1.4....Do you have another a solution ?

I am getting this error in 5.1.5 as well, but I did not get it before.

see into the bug:
download and install by hand with the provided zip

OR

redownload the setup I re-uploaded on 15/05
