Strange character in memo column

Hi,
During OFX file importation, all the accents are replace by strange characters in the memo field. My OFX files are in french.

What can i do to correct this problem?

chekc the verison of Hb you uses is the latest (5.1.4)
if not: update
if it is, I can't help with no sample file and without knowing your os

Hi,

I have installed the latest version of HB and the problem persist.

HB is install on Windows 10. I have attached to this Email a sample file to
import.
