Summing up of sub catagories

Hi,
Occasionally I need to run a statistic with only the main catagories und not the sub catagories. As transactions are primarily booked to sub catagorgies I receive no statistic on the main catagorie. Is there a way to sum up the sub cats to the main cat.

This is something I have to do. I can't remember if there is a blueprint or a bug for that.

I am using version 5.5.3 and you can view the statistics report by category or subcategory. When you select category, all transactions in subcategories are summed up and accounted for in the category line.

Can you help with this problem?
