In version 5.1.x Tag column is available for display but no column to maintain in the Manage Menu-Bar

In Homebank version 5.1.x in Register display Tag column is available for display but in main menu where we manage accounts, categories, Payees, currencies etc. "Tag" is not visible. Please incorporate the same to enable the user to add/edit the same.
Further in Ubuntu INR currency's symbol is displayed exactly what it should be but in windows it is not displayed.
