Automated transfert (internal) is not by default considered as a money movement so the filter is set not to display it into reports by default.

If you need to see that transaction, just change the filter and check the Internal transfert checkbox.

I'm also finding it difficult to predict what my accounts will be like in future. I've set up my budgets and automatic transfers that will pay bills, rent, etc. However this doesn't appear in any reports or anywhere that will allow me to see if these transactions will overdraw the accounts. I've played around with the filter in all sorts of places as suggested (didn't find a filter option for Overdrawn report).

Does this application offer the function to foresee/estimate account levels in future based on reoccurring archive entries? Thanks very much!

OK, I've played around with it some more and found a way of doing what I was after... sort of.

When I'm in the transactions view I can manually add archive entries (Add > Fill with archive). I have to fill in the date myself, so if it's a weekly recurring transaction, I have to enter it four times in the month. After doing this with all my archives I have a decent forecast of my account and can run the Overdrawn report.

This is a very labour intensive method of achieving this though. Is there a better way you can recommend?

By the way, I really like the elegant GUI :-)

The answer to your problem is to insert transacrion proir theur term, and omeBak can do it for you.
Just go to the File/properties menu
and select how many days you want to insert archive before their term.

Normally, using this feature with most common transaction automated as archive, and for example with insert 30 days into the future, you will have a vision of your accounts balance (future) in 30 days.

Can you help with this problem?
