Is there a reason why the PPA is empty?

I cannot update past 5.0.3 (stock version of Ubuntu 16.04) and it seems that there are no published packages...

Tried to solve an icon trouble and build rejected after that. I will see this.
Anyway 5.1.4 is close to release (probably tomorrow), so wait a little.
