When downloading v5.1.1 for Win7, the download fails regardless of browser?

I am having trouble downloading v5.1.1 for Windows 7. When the download reaches 100% the message received is "download failure". I've tried everything I can think of to no avail, I'm at a loss with what to do next?

just downloaded now with no trouble, you can try:

- if you have antivirus, disable it
- different browser
- at last from a third party computer

other than that I have no idea
