trying to import banking files (QIF)..I get "Unknown/invalid file" message from Import Assistant

I am trying out the HomeBank app in LM...when I try to import my QIF file that I downloaded from my bank, I am not allowed to proceed...I get "unknown/Invalid file" message. Thank you
