interest rates?

Asked by dwreck420

any way to add interest rates for credit card accounts? loans? anyway to mark a payment in one account to affect the balance of another? ie i pay my credit account from my checking account? so far i have to add seperate entries for both? seems like one should be able to impact the other in a financial app?

"anyway to mark a payment in one account to affect the balance of another?"

It's simple:
1. Prepare 2 accounts
2. Open new transaction dialog
3. Select internal transfer as a payment
4. There will be new field "to account" available in the dialog
5. select "from" and "to" accounts
6. enter amount value (and any other important details...)
7. save transaction
One created transaction will be registered on both accounts, with correct amount value (visible as negated in "to" account register).

Current documentation does not describe in details this functionality (http://homebank.free.fr/help/dlg-tran.html and http://homebank.free.fr/help/00-lexicon.html#payment should be updated).
