Help Contents doesn't open on Windows 10

I have just installed Homebank on Windows 10 and tried to open the Help Content to learn how to use it, but it doesn't open. Another issue that I have noticed when entering some transactions for a checking account is that when using the scheduled templates, it doesn't made if I make it an expense or income, the scheduled transactions list shows it as income.
