qif importation doesn't work

Hello,

I have the same problem as another user (Bug #1425986), i cannot import in Homebank my qif files provided by BankPerfect.
When i click next after select the .qif file, the following message is displayed : "Une erreur générale est survenue, et le fichier ne peut être chargé"

You can see below the first few lines of my qif file.
