Slow opening on detail operation dialog

On the account window, when I double click to modify an operation, it takes around 5 second to show the dialog window.

I just upgrade Homebank to version 5.0.0, i was in 4.6.3.

Is there anything to update somewhere else ? GTK, etc...

The install provide a all in one bundle, so there's nothing else to install.

1) do you have the same with the example file ?
2) do you reproduce this on another computer you could test on ?
3) do you have a lot ( i mean a lot) of categories, payees, template (try the tools menu, file statistics) ?

Could this issue be related to Bug 1437883? Do you have a high number of payees? In bug 1437883, the user reports 15000 payees creating a similar behavior.

With an empty account file, the dialog opening is immediate.

Yes, my account file with another computer produce the same slow opening

I decided recently to let the payee (tiers) as received from my bank as I most use categories. This lead to a lot of payees I think.

No true speed-up with 5.0.1rc portable version.
Just downloaded it.

Hi,

Much better in 5.0.1, but still have to wait ~1s with ~1900 payee.
Still too slow as the other actions are very fast.
I put problem solved as I'm certainly a demanding user :)

So I made my own workaround until I found a better solution :
I copied payee to wording(mnemo) for history purpose.
I use a unique tiers for all operations... Indeed, I removed payee features from my account :)

In fact I don't know how others manage their payees but with nearly 12 years of account and lot of travel, my number of payee is important and often used only once. As I don't use statistics on it, for now I put them aside. I'll continue to fill operations with payee in mnemo until I found a pretty solution.

P.S : thanks to have a open file format ! Nearly easy to update my operations :)
