Template Splits

I would like to see if it is possible to have Splits in a saved template so the fields are pre filled in.
I used to be able with my old S-Money program, to deposit my paycheck and have all the Taxes and 401K go into the correct categories and accounts. It would be great if this was possible.
if this is not currently possible would it be a candidate for a future enhancement?
