unexpected run time error

New installation on Windows XP Pro, SVPk 3. Intermittently getting auto close of program with run time error message initiating the close. Is there a driver load or some other known fix?
No pattern noticed Home Bank and the internal HTML help are only two applications running when it happens. Thanks for any help offered.

Loaded the UpdateDriver software featured on home page. After all installations completed problem has not reoccurred. Considered resolved.
