Windows positions are not saved

When I open HomeBank the pie chart graphic fills almost all the space and the bottom window is almost not visible. I correct the position sliding the bars but when I close the app and reopen everything continues as initially. The app doesnt save the size and position of the windows. HomeBank version 4.6.2.
