How to activate the comma (or dot) of the numpad ?

While using Homebank I have to use the comma from the main part of the keyboard. I wonder if there is some configuration (which I didn't find) to be able to use the "." on the numpad instead ? (Using Homebank in French). Else, if there is not, could it be implemented in a future next version ?
