Imports to new account every time

Hi I've imported my account from the bank website but every time I try to update with the latest transactions it automatically starts a new account rather than updating the existing account. I've tried searching past questions but cant find anything relevant. Thanks for any help you can give me.

Hi there,
I've had the same issue ever since I've started importing data.

You can select the account to which the import will be added to... at least I can when importing qif files

it works fine for me if I select the one of the account where import the qif to.
(double click on the name , and then select the account from the dropdown)

Can you help with this problem?
