Consider running live-cd in virual-computer instead of port...

For intel macs, you might be better off running HomeBank from a live-cd booted in a free emulator (like virtualbox or Q.app) or commercial emulator like vmware-fusion or parallels.

The port command requires you download and install Developer tools (which is about a gigabyte I think). And I think it may be overkill if all you want to do is run HomeBank.

The homebank software version 4.21 can be run from free 130meg lupu-528.iso (Lucid Puppy Linux) cd, and all files easily be stored to a usb-stick (Puppy linux will offer to encrypt the lupusave.3fs file for you). I can boot this cd in Q.app or virtual-box and it runs quite nicely. Q.app even runs on old g4/g5 (non-intel) macs.

Can you help with this problem?
