Vehicle Refuel not being count (Solved)

Asked by Claudio Clemens

Hi there,

I'm using Homebank for a while now, and it's really great. But I don't manage to the the Vehicle Refuel Stats right. I have a category for a car ("Auto"), and some subcategories for Repair, Insurance, Fuel and so on. Fuel is "Auto:Benzin". I also wrote the refuel info in some transactions (but not all). If I go to the Vehicle Cost Report. The Fuel and distance information is not there. Am I doing something wrong, or is this a bug in homebank? Should I set the Fuel info in all transactions (although I don't now anymore how much fuel I tanked and what was the odometer in the past). Or should I use only a Category instead of a Subcategory?

I'm using homebank 4.3 under Ubuntu 11.4

Thanks,

Claudio

Hi all,

shame on me. I think my brain has a bug. The secret here is to write the fuel information (d=xxxxxx v=yy) in the "Description" field and not in the "Info" field, as I posted. Solved the problem myself.

Thanks,

Claudio
