on import dollar amounts over 999.99 are imported as cents

I'm trying to use HomeBank 4.1 on Ubuntu 10.4. I'm importing a QIF file from Quicken. Dollar amounts below $1,000 are imported okay. However, $1,000 and above are imported as cents, e.g., $1,500.00 is imported as 0.15. This is probably a newbie error, but I can't figure it out.

No known related bugs in Homebank V4.3 or higher and if the problem still occurs, please open a bug.
