Open account/main-window. Most likely the range select (top left) is in de wrong position:
transactions are outside range.
Solution: Choose range is <all data> and see what happens.

Bedankt Ton, Het is zo simpel blijkt nu. Alles werkt nu weer prima. Wij zijn blij met het programma.
