I can't find the help file for homebank, and hence I'm not sure how to use it

I have installed homebank application on my linux mint, it looks like a very good software, but there are a couple of things that I don't understand, on how to create my budget, and link it to my accounts?
When I tried to open the help, the help file was not found under /usr/share/homebank
