Is it possible to add percent based automatic transcations?

I have account "MyBank" which shows how much money I have on my bank account.
Each month banks increases amount of money in this account on 3%, so if I had
1000.00$ on 2010-10-01, I will have
1000+1000*0.03 = 1030.00$ on 2010-11-01 and
1030+1030*0.03 = 1060.90$ on 2010-12-01.

In archives I can create automatic transactions on specific amounts like 3$ or 3.90$.
Is it possible to set amount to 3% of MyBank?

Not possible.
this looks like some kind of interest, please check if there is an open wish bug for this and open one if not.
