GTK+ team dropped support of Windows XP starting version 3.18

HomeBank is now bundled with GTK+ v3.22.x starting its v5.1.5, and so windows XP is no more supported as well.
It is required to move forward at a point to take benefits of new GTK+ features and bugfix.

Windows XP is an obsolete OS, and you should migrate to a new Windows, or alternative OS.
Microsoft support for Windows XP ended April 8, 2014, after 12 years, XP was indeed released on August 24, 2001.
