WHY : Icons on buttons not visible on Win32

The new defaut gtk appearence do not show anymore icons into the buttons, this is the case for Linux and also for windows.
For windows thus and maybe linux also, you can edit the .gtkrc file and set or add gtk-button-images = 1 (it is 0 for windows)
in windows the gtkrc file is at ..../HomeBank/
