i Am plotting charged Higgs decay width vs MH- for different tanb values.
But In this model there no tanb value is defined?

Dear Basit,
as Dan has explained you in his latest reply to you question which is the same as this one --
you need to create the model by yourself using LanHEP and using analogous models which already exist as a LanHEP sources.
This is fairly straightforward.
