Hello Roberto,

the LHE folder should be accessible to you.

Please goto

Calculate -> (CalchEP or Madgraph) -> File -> View LHE and NT folder

Do you see your files?

Cheers

Sasha

Hello,

I have the very same problem. When trying to access in the "calculate" section the web page keeps saying "Loading...please wait" without going on.

Best,
Matt

There are two different things:

1. one is accessing "calculate" section which is related to the connection with the server
which we monitor, but sometimes you need to wait when the server is busy.
Also if you have evaluated a big output (like big scan output) you need to wait for this output to be uploaded to the screen

2. Acces yo LHE folder -- it should be fairly quick. If it is not, please send us message like this --
we will check the issue. Acces to LHE folder is related to mounting of IRIDIS folders on the server and when the server is busy (which is quite rear) it could take sometime. But very rear we need to reintal this mount becuase of which is extremely rare event. So, please let us about this and we will fix the problem. We can not trace this issue automatically, so we would appreciate you reporting this problem to us.

In all cases, we would appreciate very much if you report problems to us.

Best regards,
Alexander
