LHE folder empty after running

Dear HEPMDB team,
My LHE folder is empty after the jobs running, despite they ended without errors.
It happened yet and you said me it was a problem on the cluster. May be it is a similòar case?

Hi Roberto

A new version of CalcHEP has been installed, but there seems to be some backwards compatibility issues. If you reset your account using Menu->Reset account button then it will update your directory on the server.
