Blank results

I submitted a job to HEPMDB. It informed me that the job was finished. However, all the results (ie the cross sections) were zero. I made sure the batch file was correct. I also tried submitting it again, but the same thing happened.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Jacob,

the most likely problem is that the time for the job you have requested (10 min by default)
was not enough for your process.
One the running time exceeds the time limit, the job is killed on the cluster.

In the output you got on the screen, at the very bottom you can find information about the requested time
and the actual time spend by the system.

If the job exceeded the time limit and killed, you can increase the time limit and resubmit the job.
The more time you request the more time the job could spend in the queue. You can always check the start time
using "showstart" menu button.
The maximum time one can request is 60 hours.
